Exception: Damaged or Wrong Items
We take great care in packing your order, but if something goes wrong during transit or if you receive the wrong product, here is our procedure:
Time Limit: For damaged or wrong items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Required Proof: You must provide photos + unboxing video to verify the claim.
Remedy: Verified cases of damage or incorrect items may get a replacement only, not a refund.
